Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocol

We regard the health and safety of event staff and attendees as our highest priority and are committed to doing our part to end the COVID-19 pandemic.

To make this gathering as safe as possible, all attendees — including members, sponsors, staff, speakers and the public — will be required to show proof of COVID vaccination status. Aspen staff and vendors working the event will be covered by the same requirements.

Details on how to share your vaccination status will be shared in the coming months. The program will rely on a secure system that will ensure your private medical information is kept confidential.

Upon confirming registration, you agree to follow the masking and/or testing protocols which are subject to change based on current federal, state, and local health guidance and regulations; more details will be shared closer to the event.
